Congratulations Mr Evans!

Mr. Curtis Evans was admitted to
Lancaster Health and Rehabilitation after
a hospital stay, which lead to a
significant decline in his overall health
and mobility. Upon admission to our facility, Mr. Evans needed extensive assistance with self-care, cognition, and mobility due to extreme fatigue and endurance.

Mr. Evans was extremely dedicated in
achieving his goals by participating in his
personalized rehabilitation plan
consisting of physical, occupational, and
speech therapy. Mr. Evans demonstrated significant improvement, and we are happy to say that he returned home and can walk and perform daily activities independently!
